Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of concluding and performing the car rental agreement, processing payments, invoicing, meeting statutory record-keeping and reporting obligations, managing customer relations and pursuing legal claims.

Legal Grounds

Under Article 5 of the KVKK, your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and for our legitimate interests.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to payment institutions and banks, insurance companies, providers of legal and financial advisory services, and authorised public institutions and bodies.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation (as a rule 10 years under tax and commercial law); once that period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

• To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing
