Acceptance

By using the Kalkan Nirvana Rent a Car website you are deemed to have accepted these terms of service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Scope of the Service

Through the site you can create a car rental reservation, choose extras and an insurance package, and pay online. Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and are not final until we have approved them.

User Obligations

• The information you provide when booking must be accurate and up to date.
• The site may only be used for lawful purposes.
• You may not do anything that obstructs the operation of the site, places excessive load on it or compromises its security.
• You may not create a reservation using someone else's identity or payment details.

Accuracy of Prices and Content

Although we strive to keep the prices and vehicle information on the site up to date, in the event of an obvious typing or system error we reserve the right not to approve a reservation and to refund the amount paid. Vehicle images are representative; a different make/model of the same class may be allocated.

Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos and designs on the site belong to [Settings > Contact: Ticaret Unvanı] or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or error. We accept no liability for indirect losses arising from access interruptions caused by technical maintenance, faults or force majeure.

Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current text takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.

Governing text
